LPT: Stop reading food labels that tell you what isn't in the product ("No MSG", "Low Fat") and instead focus on the ingredient list that tells you what is in there. Beware of high sodium and high sugar (and the many synonyms manufacturers use to hide true sugar content), among many other things.
A good life maketh a man wise toward God, and giveth him experience in many things.

- LPT: Instead of asking someone if they need something, ask them if they want it. The subtle shift in language makes you seem more eager to help! For example: “Hey, do you need any help moving in?” vs “Hey, do you want any help moving in?”
